Hardship Fund

The Hardship Fund of Access Health and Community (formerly Inner East Community Health) was established in 2013 to help our clients by providing financial assistance to access treatments and activities to support their health and wellbeing.

Our Purpose

Building healthier lives together with our communities and delivering excellent
health services for all.

All donations over $2 are tax deductible.
