Audio description (AD) is the auditory narration of visual representations in video, films, and live performance. It allows people who are blind or vision impaired to experience what is happening visually on our screens and stages, in our galleries and on our sports fields.

With your help, Blind Citizens Australia will be able to advocate nationally with a focus on ensuring audio description is available on Australian television so people who are blind or vision impaired can enjoy it with their friends and family.
