The Royal Commission into Aged Care revealed widespread abuse and neglect in aged care settings. Aged Care Justice (ACJ) aims to improve the state of aged care through legal support and accountability. We connect aged care recipients and their representatives to legal services, provide education on aged care rights and lobby for sector reform.

A free legal consultation is available to all older persons and their supporters if there is an issue with how care services are being delivered. After the initial consultation, pro-bono legal assistance is available for those who qualify.
