The AIIA Queensland Branch relies greatly on the generosity of the broader public through memberships, ticket purchases and of course, donations.

We are incredibly grateful to all our members and those that have come out to any of our events for your support. We pride ourselves on providing a platform for insightful and thought-provoking discussion, accessible to both a home audience and also those who wish to attend face to face, and every dollar goes a long way to making this happen.

But our activities take time and money to organise and run. Ticket sales are strong, but our fees are modest, and it is free for members.

Unlike some of our interstate counterparts we don’t have property or large sums in endowment. We have a part time administrator who works a few hours a week without whom we could not manage the logistics of our operations. Everyone else is a volunteer.

We would like to re-establish our scholarships, but we have no money to prudently do so.

This is where you can help.

Donations to the Queensland Branch via our National office are tax deductible.

·       Could you spare $100 or $500 – or even $30? It all helps.

·       It costs us about $800 per month for our hard-working Admin Officer, Ben. Can you donate a month, or two months of his cost.

·       Our fortnightly seminars cost about $200 to run. Could you assist?

·       Our annual scholarships – currently on abeyance – are worth $2,500 each?

Any amount will help your Queensland Branch continue to be lean and active operation delivering quality debate and information to our State.
