Al-Anon Family Groups Australia only accepts donations from members who attend Al-Anon Family Group meetings or their families, outside donations are not accepted.
Al-Anon is a personal program of recovery, based on the Twelve Steps adapted from Alcoholics Anonymous. It helps members recover from the effects of living with someone whose drinking is a problem.
The only requirement for membership of Al-Anon Family Groups is that there be a problem of alcoholism in a relative or friend.
