Who are we?

Bellarine Community Health (BCH) is the largest healthcare provider on the Peninsula with a physical presence in five locations including Portarlington, Drysdale, Point Lonsdale, Ocean Grove and Drysdale (Youth).

BCH Provides a comprehensive and professional suite of health and support services for all of the Bellarine community delivering in the areas of primary and secondary care through General Practice and associated allied health services. Our team consist of Counsellors, Psychologists, Dietitians, Occupational Therapists, Podiatrists, Physiotherapists, Nurses and Dental health services. 

BCH offers a range of free and subsidised health services to members of the community in need including children, youth, adults and aged. BCH is also a registered provider of services for the National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS), Transport Accident Commission (TAC) and Department of Veteran Affairs (DVA). 

We provide:

• specialist community palliative care services inlucluding end-of-life
• comprehensive rehabilitation programs including cardiac, sports injury, accident and return to work
• physical and emotional care through our mental health team and support programs
• regular social and activity groups for aged, dementia and respite clients
• comprehensive aged care support by the supply of Home Care Packages

BCH is seeking financial contributions to aid the continuation and expansion of our services across the Bellarine.
