The BCH Palliative Care team supported by our extensive Community Nurses provides evidence-based quality palliative care to indvidiuals effected by a life-limiting illness and their families. 

Our multi-skilled, experienced team delivers clinical, psychological and spiritual support so that remaining at home is possible. Palliative care requirements differ and change over time, and our team regularly assess these needs and adapt accordingly.

Our staff have made a considerable impact on the local community by assisting individuals to die in their preferred place.
