It was 12 months ago today that I was diagnosed with invasive breast cancer. Throughout my journey i had support from a number of beautiful organisations, Mummy's Wish was one of them.

I've decided that every year on this anniversary, I'd like to donate money myself and raise as much as I can for cancer charities, starting with those that supported me and my family.

This year I am raising funds for Mummy's Wish. I am inspired by their work and how they help families. The teddies with a recordable voice message box (I could record a good night and I love you message for when I wasn't there) that my kids received were just beautiful. 

Mummys Wish have made such a difference to so many children and families who have been impacted by Cancer. Unfortunately with 1 in 7 women being diagnosed in their lifetime, and 20,000 new cases being diagnosed annually, there will be many others also needing the support that Mummy's Wish gave us.
