Today, we come together to recognise IDAHOBIT — the International Day Against Homophobia, Biphobia, Interphobia and Transphobia.

It’s a day that reminds us of the importance of inclusion, respect, and standing up for each other, not just today, but every day.

At the ATO, the ATOMIC network plays a vital role in creating a workplace where our LGBTQIA+ colleagues feel safe, valued and empowered to bring their whole selves to work. But inclusion doesn’t stop within our walls, it extends to the broader community.

That’s why today, we’re also raising funds to support organisations that advocate for and protect the rights, wellbeing, and visibility of LGBTQIA+ people across Australia.
