I am raising funds for Possum Portraits Inc because they have helped me in my bereavement journey after the loss of my baby girl at 17 weeks gestation. Possum Portraits creates memorial keepsake portraits of bereaved parents' angel babies. These are hand drawn by their resident artists. When my little girl was born I only had about 24 hours to take photos of her. These were taken on a camera phone in the confines of the hospital room. Such a young tiny baby can be confronting to see. Possum Portraits is able to take these reference photos and create a beautiful soft and loving keepsake that can be shared with family and friends. 

Each portrait costs over $200 to create and these are given to families for free. This is why they need funding to continue helping bereaved parents in this unique way.

I am running the fundraiser until Sophie's birthday next year,  I want to be able to help provide portraits to as many families as I can in that time.
