Support Community Care's Christmas Appeal 2024
We are helping the communities most vulnerable this Christmas by providing Christmas Food hampers, presents, support and care. Also we provide a Free Traditional Community Christmas Day lunch for all those who would normally spend the day alone.
Your donation will help us provide the hampers and presents as well as supporting someone attending our Christmas Day lunch. We want everyone to go home with a present for Christmas Day.
