In memory of our beloved father, grandfather & husband Eddie Hoon Peng Goh. We are so grateful to the Eastern Palliative Care (EPC) team for the compassion, dignity & care they provided Pa throughout his illness & especially during his last few days. Their support allowed Pa to stay at home & spend his final days with us and we will be eternally grateful. The money raised will support EPC, a not-for-profit home-based palliative care service which offers a full range of support programs.
