Emma Buitendag, CEO of Epilepsy WA, along with Michelle Harris and Kristen Oswald, as "Team Epilepsy WA", will complete the Busselton 100: a 2km swim, 80km bike ride, and 18km run on May 4. Kristen will complete the 2km ocean swim, Michelle the 80km bike ride, and Emma will complete the 18km run.

Through their efforts they hope to raise vital funds to help continue Epilepsy WA's crucial support services and to raise awareness of epilepsy, a condition which 1 in 25 West Australians will be diagnosed with, that claims the lives of over 200 Australians each year and contributes to 1,100 deaths in Australia annually.
