Birch Foundation was founded in 2022 after our founder experienced homelessness and saw first-hand the challenges faced by people experiencing hardship and social isolation.
In March 2023, the charity officially opened its doors to the public to provide practical, community-based support for individuals and families across the Gold Coast.
What began as a small local initiative has grown into a community-led charity focused on dignity, connection and real-world help. Today, Birch Foundation provides a safe and welcoming space where people can access essential items, community programs and referrals to support services.
