Caring With Integrity is our inaugural project making waves in the world of mental health through its multifaceted and human-rights based approach.

In this project, we will deliver care packages that contain essential items - such as comfortable clothing, toiletries, comfort items, personal hygiene products, and hand-written notes - alongside specially developed and curated resources that educate people on their rights as a person in the mental health system. https://integrityinitiative.com.au 

Key components and goals of Caring With Integrity:

For people receiving inpatient mental health treatment (a) Creation and delivery of Integrity Packages containing comfort and personal care items alongside tools and resources that inform people of their rights and how to protect these rights. 
For professionals(a) professional development, education, public speaking, and (b) resources (resource folders for nurses, co-designed pamphlets, fact sheets etc).

For communities to better understand and support people living with mental health challenges (a) community engagement events such as quiz nights, mental health film screenings, a launch event, and information sessions, and (b) resources and navigational tools.

For people who have Lived Experience of mental health challenges (a) Empowerment through opportunities and professional development and training, and (b) connection with community through networking events.
