Co-operation Housing is developing a new housing co-operative in Witchcliffe called Kyloring.

The 25 one- and two-bedroom homes address the high need for long term affordable, at cost housing in the Margaret River region (southwest WA).

The co-operative is centrally located in the Witchcliffe Eco Village, one of the world's most sustainable residential communities.

The homes are for people aged 55 and over or disability; and we're experiencing a high demand from single older women.

We have development approved plans and we'll apply for the building permit soon and have a group of committed members who can't wait to move in! This is a shovel ready project and can be completed within the next 12 months.

This is a project which will change the future for housing co-ops in WA.
