Driving is a key skill for most Australians, as it is essential for performing vital tasks such as going to work, shopping, visiting religious places, visiting family, taking care of children, attending school, and going on vacations.
Afghan Women on the Move assists Afghan refugee women and girls who have recently moved to Australia and need support with driving and obtaining a license. The organisation offers training courses to help them prepare for the test and obtain a P license.
Our program offers 10 learner classes to eligible young women. The investment cost of $1,000 will help her to secure her licence and progress her goals towards employment following studies.
