Leadership Great South Coast's (LGSC) annual community leadership experience is aimed at emerging, new and experienced leaders sourced from the diversity of business, government and community sectors within the region. 

The program has graduated a decade of alumni through the program, and we aim to foster and support the growth of our participant base in the future. 

The greatest need is to support small business owners/sole traders and those that do not hold paid employment in our community, who would like to participate in the program and have limited, to no capacity, to pay the program fee in full.

Program fee is $5000, and LGSC aims to have at least one Alumni sponsored position each year.
