LifeFlight Australia has been saving lives and serving the community for more than 40 years. 

We are best known for providing Queensland’s leading community helicopter service, RACQ LifeFlight Rescue, which delivers emergency response, critical medical care and hospital airlifts to seriously ill and injured people. To date, we have completed more than 74,000+ lifesaving missions. 

On board our iconic blue and yellow helicopters, our highly trained RACQ LifeFlight Rescue Critical Care Doctors, Nurses and Paramedics provide the finest care possible ensuring patients safely get to the most appropriate care. 

Every mission provides an opportunity for new learnings to be forged on the front lines and then taught in our LifeFlight Training Academy the next.

As a charity, LifeFlight relies on support from the Queensland community to help fund the RACQ LifeFlight Rescue community service.
