The Lych Gate was dedicated at Christ Church Mount Gambier , on 19th August 1928. The gate was made by Mr W Pearce and placed in memory of Ann French. Heritage listed, the gate now requires considerable restoration. It is estimated between $20-$25,000.
The Church is applying for Heritage funding of up to $10,000 towardds this project, however this can not be accessed until after May 2025.
The project is likely to commence in July 2025.
