Each year, 22 Year 7 students (11 girls and 11 fellas) arrive at MITS. They attend our MITS school for Years 7-8, based inside the Richmond Footbal Club's Punt Road Oval.
After completing Year 8, students transition into one of our 12 Melbourne Pathways Schools from Years 9-12. Thoughout their high school years, students live in one of our four MITS boarding houses.
We have almost 90 students in Years 7-12 living in a MITS boarding house, all within 150 metres of each other, creating a connected community of Indigenous students right in the heart of Melbourne.
