Young people and their families struggle to pay school fees. Our Salesian education focuses on empowering our students so they can be the best they can be for themselves and their community. $700 AUD can give a student a scholarship for a year and improve their opportunities. 

With 50% of Samoa’s population under the age of 20, and youth unemployment at almost 18%, both Salesian Schools in Samoa - Don Bosco Technical Centre (DBTC) in Alafua and the Don Bosco High School and Technical Vocational College (DBTVC) in Salelologa, are providing education and training that is focused on teaching employable skills, ensuring all students have the ability and opportunities to develop a career and obtain employment. 

Your sponsorship will:

• Provide scholarships for students who cannot pay fees.
• Give hope to young people and break the cycle of poverty.
• Support the importance of an education for all.
