Access and Inclusivity Projects at Northey Street City Farm
Northey Street City Farm is committed to creating a more inclusive and safe space for all - especially those with a disability and other special needs. In line with our Access and Movement Strategy, we have developed a schedule of improvement works to ensure that people of all abilities can access important areas of the site via a network of flood-resilient pathways. We engage with the diability sector and actively seek feedback about the barriers people face when visiting Northey Street City Farm. We learn from those with lived experience and educate our community to be more inclusive.

About Northey Street City Farm
Founded in 1994, Northey Street City Farm has since created a vibrant green oasis in the heart of Brisbane. Our vision is a world of abundance, connection and harmony.
Our purpose is to be an inspirational working model of a community-based urban permaculture farm, which promotes and educates for an ecologically and socially sustainable society.
Our social enterprises cover our general operating costs, but we have many environmental improvement projects that rely on donations and external funding sources.
Help support this cause by creating your own 'CrowdRaiser' fundraising page.
