For 20 years, The Opening the Doors Foundation has supported Aboriginal families in choosing and maintaining a positive educational experience throughout primary and secondary school.
Opening The Doors Foundation helps Aboriginal families obtain uniforms, books, calculators, and IT equipment among many other essentials for school. As an Aboriginal-led organisation, the Foundation works with schools, community organisations, Koori educators, and families from across the state to reach Aboriginal students who require support in education and may otherwise fall through the cracks.
The Foundation is a non-government organisation a Foundation relies on donations and grants. Every dollar that you donate will help us to close the gap between Aboriginal and non-Aboriginal educational outcomes.
100% of funds raised will be used to support Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander students at Independent schools in Victoria.
