Path 2 Change supports young people who are homeless or at risk of homelessness to access education, training and employment opportunities. Young people who have been disconneected from their familes due to violence, trauma, and abuse need assistance to get on their feet and navigate independent living.
Path 2 Change is looking for help to be able to support and address some of the practical assistance that is not available to these young people.
Items for example: Professional Resumes, interview clothing, tuition fees, computer software, tools of the trade, travel tickets, driving lessons, and other needs identified in order to access or sustain education, training and employment.
