The Fund will
- assist QYO members from disadvantaged circumstances to pay their membership fees and tour levies
- ensure the (renamed) John Curro National Youth Concerto Competition, established by John Curro in 1976, continues for many years to come
- support other initiatives that provide assistance and benefits to QYO members

QYO acknowledges the Jagera and Turrbal people who are the Traditional Custodians of the lands on which we work and their unique relationship with the lands, seas and waterways. The foundations laid by these ancestors, the original composers, teachers and musicians on these lands, inspire us. We pay our respects to their Elders, both past and present, and to all Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples.
