VICSES Northcote Unit has been active since the 1980s.
It is consistently one of the busiest and most active units in Victoria. We respond to requests for assistance during storm and flood events.
The support from our communities is vital in maintaining our operational capacity. Financial support from community members, local service clubs and businesses has helped us maintain our fleet, purchase bikes to help in the formation of a search and rescue Bike Squad and recently in acquiring unit based defib devices.
