We are a small team doing all we can to help peer support groups. Everyone needs a team. Community-led, we offer free services to help individuals, families, and carers seek and sustain support groups. From genetic conditions, chronic disease and mental health challenges to addiction, grief and loss, parenting, trauma and abuse – most peer support groups are run by volunteers and help people to connect to others going through the same experiences.

Your donation will go towards counselling, information materials, and other group support.

Life-changing experiences such as trauma, mental illness and disease can be isolating. Peer support groups create space for people to navigate their challenges with others. We connect people from all walks of life with their people, who understand the complexity of their shared lived experience.

$30 funds a coffee catch-up for carers. Help keep our carers resilient by allowing them to share experiences and work through difficulties and solutions.

$50 funds a one-on-one coaching session for a volunteer group leader. Help our valued facilitators to improve their skills and manage their own self-care.

$100 funds a bilingual worker to support a group meeting in another language. Help keep our groups accessible for all language speakers by funding bilingual translators who make meetings possible in any dialect.
