South West Community Foundation was created by the people of south west Victoria with the vision of using local donations to support local projects. 

South West Community Foundation operates across the 6 municipalities of south west Victoria. We are seeking donations from the community to grow our funds so we can make grants available for  charitable causes in the region.

The Foundation particularly seeks to build and strengthen the resilience and capacity of small communities and regional community support organisations by working in partnership with donors and organisations to grow our community.
