The core mission of Street Peace was to provide youth mentoring aimed at helping these kids make better life decisions and find purpose and hope through love and healthy relationships.
Street Peace's outreach team is actively engaged with over 120 disengaged youth on the streets of Frankston every week. Additionally, Street Peace operates a youth drop-in centre called 'The Nest,' which serves up to 90 kids by offering mentorship, meals, and recreational activities in a safe and positive family environment.
In 2023, two social enterprises were launched as part of Street Peace's efforts to provide work opportunities to youth who were eager for change. Flo Landscapes and SP Worx, a residential and commercial landscaping construction social enterprise, was initiated to cater to this need. Street Peace also introduced Street Peace Threads, a social enterprise that produces streetwear. This enterprise serves a dual purpose – funding the charity's activities and providing job opportunities to troubled youth.
The organisation invites individuals to become Street Partners and support their community-driven initiative by making donations.
