The core mission of Street Peace is to provide youth mentoring aimed at helping at-risk youth make better life decisions and find purpose and hope through loving and healthy relationships.
Street Peace was originally launched in Frankston as a response to the growing need for mentoring support of its most at-risk youth who were finding themselves on the streets and falling into gang life.
Due to the commitment and support of the local Moe community, Street Peace Moe Youth Hub is now here! Brendan and Serena Mounsey lead the team of outreach workers. Thank you for your support!
