Across the country, people are looking for ways to engage young people in equitable, inclusive and accessible live music events, secure the future of audiences and artists and create new and meaningful opportunities for education and training throughout the sector.

Every day, The Push is doing this vital work. From our earliest beginnings as a small grassroots charity, The Push has been committed to young people being at the centre of everything we do. Our programs and industry partnerships continue to grow our impact in cities, towns and communities throughout Australia. Over the past year we’ve reached more than 255,000 young people through live music events in their communities and supported 2,346 young people to access training and skills development. We’ve advocated for the role of young people in music at every level of government and industry, and worked with 91 groups to self-determine and co-design youth-led all ages events throughout the country.
