This Christmas, many local families are facing the harsh reality of poverty, and the holidays bring additional pressure. Did you know?

• 774,000 children under the age of 15 in Australia live below the poverty line.
• Over one in eight adults and one in six children in Australia are struggling to make ends meet.
• Families in our community are forced to choose between essentials, like which meal to skip or how to make Christmas special.

With your help, we can change that. We are raising $10,000 to provide Christmas gifts and food hampers for local children and families in need this December. No child should go without a gift, and no family should miss out on a festive meal.
