Wanta is the Warlpiri word for the 'Sun', our mission is to support and enable a bright future for Indigenous students living in remote communities.
Wanta Aboriginal Corporation is a not for profit organisation that works with boys and girls to support stronger attendance and engagement in the schooling system by providing a range of sporting activities, rewards trips and leadership opportunities.
We believe that encouraging education in remote communities will provide lasting benefits to these kids' lives forever. It better equips students for future employment opportunities, and can increase self esteem so that students make more informed and better life choices leading to a longer and more fulfilling future.
