Ready Set is a Melbourne-based not-for-profit organisation, managed by registered charity Wear for Success

We support people in what can often be a long and difficult search for employment, by providing professional attire during a personalised fitting session, career coaching and connection. Our committed volunteers treat each person with respect and kindness, empowering them to be confident and successful on their employment journey.

Our services are delivered free of charge to people referred to us by referal partners including organisations such as, Brotherhood of St Laurence, Wise Employment, StrEAT, Whitelion, and Melbourne City Mission.

Managed by small dedicated leadership team, and wonderfully committed volunteers, we have supported more than 5,500 individuals in need since opening our doors in 2011. 

Our dedicated fundraising efforts, philanthropic, corporate, and individual supporters have enabled the support we have delivered to those in need so far, however the need is constant and growing, and we rely on committed supporters like you to continue our transformational service.
