There is a serious lack of awareness around CMT, which often leaves people feeling scared and isolated especially when they are first diagnosed. To address this issue, we have teamed up with the Centre for Community-Driven Research to provide a FREE Telehealth Nurse service to anyone in Australia.
This service offers emotional support, guidance, and information to those living with CMT, their families, and friends. This service greatly improves the overall well-being and quality of life for individuals living with CMT, as well as their loved ones. It helps those feeling overwhelmed or unsure of where to turn, providing a sense of comfort and reassurance during challenging times.
Unfortunately, we currently don't have any government funding for this service and therefore to keep this service up and running, we need public donations.
