We stand for refugees, seniors, homeless individuals, child mothers, survivors of domestic violence, and disadvantaged families.

UNCC - Inc Organization Membership Terms and Conditions
1. Introduction Welcome to UNCC - Inc. By becoming a member, you agree to comply with the terms and conditions outlined below. These terms govern your membership rights, responsibilities, and the organization’s obligations.
2. Membership Eligibility Membership is open to organizations that meet the criteria set by UNCC - Inc. The organization reserves the right to approve or deny membership applications at its discretion.
3. Membership Fees
Membership fees are determined annually and are non-refundable.
Payments must be made within the specified period to maintain active membership.
Failure to pay fees may result in suspension or termination of membership.
4. Member Benefits Members are entitled to benefits as outlined in their membership plan, including but not limited to networking opportunities, access to exclusive resources, and participation in events.
5. Member Responsibilities
Members must uphold the mission and values of UNCC - Inc.
Members are expected to engage professionally and respectfully in all activities.
Misuse of membership privileges may lead to disciplinary action, including termination.
6. Membership Termination
Members may cancel their membership by providing written notice.
UNCC - Inc reserves the right to terminate membership for violations of these terms.
Membership fees are non-refundable upon termination.
7. Confidentiality and Data Protection
Members’ personal and organizational information will be handled in accordance with applicable data protection laws.
Members agree not to disclose confidential information obtained through their membership.
8. Amendments UNCC - Inc reserves the right to update these terms at any time. Members will be notified of significant changes.
9. Liability and Indemnification UNCC - Inc is not liable for any direct or indirect damages resulting from membership participation. Members agree to indemnify the organization against any claims arising from their actions.
10. Governing Law These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of [Jurisdiction].
